Terms and Conditions for microgreens customers
The minimum order for delivery is $15 (inc. GST). Your microgreens will be delivered on a Thursday, unless agreed otherwise. Orders are delivered free within Kerikeri and Waipapa. Please check that you’re happy with the quality of the microgreens when they are delivered. It is your responsibility to return used trays to get your money back: either give them to us at your next delivery, or you may bring them to our premises.
Microgreens are grown to order especially for you, and range from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the variety and time of year. Please bear this timing in mind if you need to change your order, or are planning on updating your menu. You are committed to purchasing all the microgreens we grow for you.
We’ll do everything we can to make sure you receive your order, in full, in excellent condition, and on time. However, please realise that horticulture involves working with nature, which can be unpredictable despite our best efforts. If there are any issues with your order, we will let you know as soon as practicable. Placing your order with us means that you agree that you will not hold us liable for any direct or indirect costs associated with the delay or non-delivery of products you have ordered, beyond the value of the goods. You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses related to or arising out of the services and products provided by us to you under this agreement.
It is your responsibility to check your order when we deliver it, to ensure you’re happy with the quality, and to then care for your microgreens as recommended above. If for any reason the microgreens fail to satisfy you, please contact us right away. And please remember to wash the microgreens before use.
